Damaged, defective or wrong item (all products)
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at garage79co@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue and the packaging. Once confirmed, we'll send a replacement of the same item at no cost, or refund you if a replacement isn't available.

12" Supermoto Wheel Sets
Unused, uninstalled sets in original packaging can be returned. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to start a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; the refund is issued once the set is received back and inspected.

Titanium Bolt Kits (made to order)
Kits are made to order in the color you choose, so change-of-mind returns aren't accepted. If a bolt arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the kit list, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it.

All other parts
Change-of-mind returns aren't accepted. Damaged or defective items are covered above.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they haven't been processed or shipped yet. Made-to-order titanium kits can't be cancelled once production has started.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.
